GLOBAL MEDITATION FOR THE 5^th DIMENSION - CRYSTALLINE GRID

Following the request of some visitors of this page, I have included also a voice recording of the text of the chapter B “Technique” for a guided meditation, which can be controlled (stop and start) by the bar at the end of the page. In addition new information in the text have been added in February 2010.

A) GENERAL. This global meditation aims to ensure the passage of the Earth in the fifth dimension (from 2012), but also to prepare us to follow this passage at the most secure, fast, easy, comfortable and painless way (see about the fifth dimension in the previous page of my site II.1.D1). With this meditation, we send our thoughts and our energies to the “crystalline grid” that surrounds the entire Earth, (see the above schematic picture) and functions as antenna, that receives what we send and broadcasts it strengthened to the entire planet and to the beings that live there. This Grid is used by many thousands people around the world in a synchronized group meditation (in order their energy to be multiplied and be more effective). It is done in each full moon and in each new moon (i.e. roughly every 14 days) in the following hours: Sydney, Australia 8.00 pm, Paris, France 8.00 pm, and New York, USA 9.00 pm. The other dates for 2010 are: 28.Feb, (full moon), 15,30,Mar, 14,28.Apr, 14,27.May, 12,26.Jun, 11,26.Jul, 10,24.Aug, 8,23.Sept, 7,23.Oct, 6,21.Nov, and 5,21.Dec..The individual meditation during these dates can be done any time during the 24-hour period, while the synchronized group meditation can be done in the above fixed hours. During these hours we do not only send but simultaneously we receive the energies, that the other people send to us, while those who don’t care to send, can simply receive the energies that are sent by the others during these hours. In order to better receive these energies we have to open our heart and to say “yes” to the acceptance of these energies, that can be at the same time immense love, enlightenment, healing of problems (of the body or the mind), reception of messages with the guidance we need, and anything else that we ask for.

In these and other communities, I have more than 2300 electronic friends, which are increasing every day, (most of which are from the ning communities), and I created there my own groups titled “The new Earth in the Fifth Dimension” with the intention the members of these groups to do the meditation that I describe below. Therefore, I invite the visitors of this page, to become members of my new groups, (through these communities), in order to participate in this important effort. In any case, even those who do not become members, can equally help and be helped doing the meditation, either during the above hours, or during any other time they choose (and more effectively during full and new moon), since this meditation besides the good effect that creates via the crystalline grid for the planet, also helps the person who does it, to prepare himself to enter in the fifth dimension at the most secure, fast, easy, comfortable and painless way.

It is very useful during the meditation to have with us a (possibly large) crystal, which on the one hand raises our vibrations and on the other hand resonates with the crystalline grid, so that the meditation becomes more effective. However, regardless of the meditation, it helps to have crystals at home since crystals raise our vibrations and fill us up with energy, or to wear them when you we go out protecting us from negative influences (both physical and spiritual). This use of crystals is always applied by our brothers of the Hollow Earth (see my page II.1.D7), which are meditating with us and do ceremonies (on Sundays), designed to help us, and the planet in general, with the changes that are taking place. So on Sundays, is useful to focus for a while our thoughts to them and send them our love, fact that creates a subconscious communication channel through which we can receive useful information and instructions, (to be appeared to us when needed) and to fill up ourselves with their energy. It is also suggested during these days to drink a lot of water that helps in the detoxification that is caused by this process of meditation in our body.

This meditation does not require any particular preparation and its typical duration is 15 minutes, but if somebody wants can extend it for as long as he likes. Those who do not know how to meditate, it is enough to relax and focus their thoughts and intentions on what they are doing. Those who have difficulty to relax, they can follow the technique I describe in my previous page II.1.D3, Chapter B of my site, which, together with the techniques of Chapter C there, improves also our physical and mental health. This particular meditation of 15 (or more) minutes, can be accompanied by any other technique of meditation that our subconscious indicates, or that we have learned. Finally, for those who hesitate to accept the effectiveness of these metaphysical techniques that I describe below, I have to point out that our imagination creates our reality, and to mention the phrase that the extraterrestrials said for us (see my page II.1.D1). “When people on Earth realise that the imagination is the divine part the mind, then they will open the gates of immortality and will become again the Gods that they had been”. Anyway, this is the technique of the meditation that somehow was given to my subconscious by the extraterrestrials as a very powerful instrument, as described below.

B) TECHNIQUE. The steps of meditation are given below, together with the duration and the necessary explanations. (This technique is recorded in the voice bar at the end of this page as a guided meditation).

1st minute. We relax with the eyes closed, seated comfortably or laid down, and we visualise a large ball full of bright white liquid light, to be hanged by a golden chain above our head, containing the ‘‘christic (divine) energy’’, and we ask from God - ‘‘the Prime Creator’’ the permission to receive this energy, in order to enter in us and to activate our ‘‘light body’’. Then the chain breaks and the ball falls and the light fills all our aura, while gradually passes through our skin and fills all our body, which shines intensely and constitutes our activated light body.

2nd minute. We visualise all our cells to shine, to be activated vibrating in high frequencies and to be cleaned by this white light, and all unnecessary and useless material they carry, to fall as dark dust and to be removed from our body. Then we visualise one by one the various organs, systems, parts and chakras of our body (see information about chakras in my page II.1.D6) to become very bright and to be activated, and those parts that might have a functional problem, (where we insist longer) to be cured by this christic energy.

3rd minute. We visualise our light body to expand and to exceed the size of Earth, while we visualise Earth as a ball with its crystalline grid, (of a diameter of roughly 60-70 cm), surrounding our body from the basic chakra and up to almost the neck chakra. We embrace this ball with our two (shiny) hands with love and we send, via the crystalline grid, our DNA codes of our light body, that contain precious information helping the uplifting of the conscience of those who participate in the meditation (see related note at the end of this page). If we do not fully understand what that means, simply say to ourselves that we send our DNA codes, and read the relevant section of my page II.1.D, of how the extraterrestrials using their individual DNAs create a positive impact on the collective DNA of their planet. In addition we visualise all our seven chakras, to be connected with the crystalline grid by light beams.

4th minute. We visualise the “symbol of love” (see the picture above, while details for its characteristics are given in my page II.1.D3, symbol b3), entering from our third eye and filling our body, and also the bodies of the people we love, with unconditional love, kindness, compassion, sympathy, and understanding. We repeat it for a second time but this time for all the people (good or bad, especially including our enemies if any), filling all Earth via the crystalline grid. Then we repeat it again but this time for our self (our body and our character) which we love and accept with any problems or shortcomings that might have.

5th minute. We visualise the “symbol of joy” that the extraterrestrials gave to me, (see the picture above, while details for its characteristics are given in my page II.1.D3), entering from our third eye and filling our body, and then filling all Earth via the crystalline grid, with joy, happiness, amusement, pleasure, optimism, etc. This visualisation is done three times, as previously. In order to feel deeper the feeling of joy (as well as the feeling of love we mentioned above), it helps a lot to bring to our memory intensive moments that we had these sentiments before in our life.

6th minute. We visualise the “symbol of healing” (see the picture above, while details for its characteristics are given in my page II.1.D3, symbol c5), entering from our third eye and filling our body, and then filling all Earth via the crystalline grid, with its therapeutic energies, for all kinds of bodily problems, or even for difficult situations that might exist in any region of the planet, (where we insist longer), and visualise these therapeutic energies to fill and to cure us and the planet. We repeat it for a second time healing our chakras, and for a third time healing mental and psychological problems, as well as problems that might exist in our energy bodies. If some known problem exists in some region of the planet (such as natural destruction, war, epidemic illness, etc), then we focus our attention and intention to help for as many minutes as is needed there, visualising the problem to be eliminated.

7th minute. We visualise the “mandala of high frequencies” entering from our third eye and filling our body, and then filling all Earth via the crystalline grid (see the picture above), while details for mandalas in general, (that belong to the “sacred geometry”), are given in my previous page II.1.D4 of my site. The mandalas in general function as antennas, attracting and grounding to us beneficial energies from the seventh dimension. The above mandala attracts and provides the high frequencies that are required for the Earth and for us, in order to pass successfully to the fifth dimension. We visualise this process (as before) three times, and each time we feel the frequencies of the vibrations of our body, but also of the Earth in general, to increase by one octave.

8th minute. We visualise the “mandala of the universal assistance” (see the picture above), entering from our third eye and filling our body, and then filling all Earth via the crystalline grid, attracting as antenna the assistance that we call upon to provide to us the ‘‘beings of light’’ from the fifth and superior dimensions and more specifically the ‘‘emissaries of light” extraterrestrials, from Pleiades, Sirius, Orion, Lira, A of Centaurs, Andromeda, etc, of the Galactic Confederation, many of which (from about 50 constellations) are already for this purpose with their spacecrafts in Earth, but also from our brothers who live in the “Hollow Earth”, (see my related paragraphs below) and are trying to help us and guide us, as well as Earth in general, in order to secure and facilitate the smooth passage to the fifth dimension. We feel their assistance and then we thank them with gratitude, and this process is done three times.

9th minute. We visualise the “mandala of the divine support” (see the picture above), entering from our third eye and filling our body, and then filling all Earth via the crystalline grid, attracting as antenna the support and protection that we pray the God – “the Prime Creator” to provide to us, for our smooth passage to the fifth dimension, of ourselves and of the Earth in general. We feel this and we thank God with gratitude. We repeat the process calling upon this time the support and protection of the angels and the archangels, and then (the third time) calling upon the support and protection of our “superior self” and of the other beings (such as our divine advisors etc) who support us.

10th till 12th minute. We visualise all these beneficial energies that we invoked and assembled, to be transmitted via the loaded with them crystalline grid, one more time to each one of the systems (kingdoms) that they constitute our planet, i.e.: a) The people, beginning with our family, our friends (including our “electronic” friends-members of the ning communities), our environment, our city, our country and finally all planet. b) The other intelligent beings that live (including our brothers who live in the “Hollow Earth”), or are visitors (extraterrestrials) of the planet. c) The kingdom of spirits. d) The kingdom of animals. e) The kingdom of plants. f) The crystals (that carry precious for us information and energies). g) The waters. h) All other materials of the planet. Let’s use the last part of these three (or as many as we wish) minutes, functioning mainly as receivers, receiving and feeling inside us the beneficial energies that send to us, via the crystalline grid, the called upon entities and the other persons in Earth, that participate with us in this synchronised meditation.

13th till 15th minute. We visualise the Earth to be stricken and be covered by a bright beam of photons (see details below), that emanate from the universe (see the above schematic depiction), passing in this way the final phase and entering with us in the fifth dimension. Then we visualise that we approach flying from above the already fifth dimensional Earth (see also the above schematic depiction), and wherever we go, we see everywhere a frantic feast taking place, a continuous celebration of people of every age, colour and form, that dance, sing, laugh, and have fun, that embrace and kiss each other, carefree, glad, and happy, in a splendid decor with unusual vivid colours, divine music and phantasmagorical fireworks. In a while we feel a very strong wish to also participate in this party, that (from what the extraterrestrials say) will last for at least 1000 years, (see my page II.1.D). So we go down and dance and have fun with the others, we drink exotic juices, and wherever our feet touch the ground, we imagine splendid flowers and plants to grow immediately, each time different, with fantastic perfumes, and with changing colours that create the impression that the flowers breathe. In this way we satisfy all our five senses, (fact that also keeps our vibrations high), for as long as we like.

C) CONCLUSIONS FROM THE APPLICATION. The time suggested above for each step is indicative and defined by the fact that I respect everybody’s time. However those who wish, and enjoy to allocate more time, (mainly in the two final steps, and where they feel or know that a problem to be cured exist), are encouraged to do so. After the first applications and the numerous enthusiastic comments I received (with emphasis in the use of the symbols of love and joy, and the great feast at the end), I realised that in the beginning (until somebody gets used to it), the double time is required (i.e. 30 minutes). On the other hand, if there are problems in our body that we have to cure, or if we need to send our energies in places of the planet that problems exist, then we might need another 15 minutes or more. Several people told me that enjoyed the meditation for about one hour, and certain people practice it almost on a daily basis, since it fills the senses with pleasure and gives energy and strength for the rest of the day. In addition, based also on the comments so far, during the use of the symbols of love and joy and during the frantic feast at the end, several people brought in their mind similar strong experiences they had enjoyed in the past of love, joy and entertainment, fact that increased even more the feelings they felt during the meditation. The symbols and mandalas were given in order to help each one to define and direct easier and better his intentions, and to focus his energies. However, as in the Reiki exist individuals that can cure with their thoughts and intentions only, without the necessity to use any symbols, in the same way here might exist certain charismatic individuals that could do the meditation successfully, expressing their intention, without symbols and mandalas. Nevertheless, I continue to believe that after all, even those charismatic individuals will be still more effective, if they use the above symbols, mandalas, and technique, together with anything else they are used to do during their meditations.

Finally something really “magical” happened to me during the meditation of 10.Jan.09 which I want to share, mainly with my “electronic” friends. At the step of “10th to 12th minutes”, suddenly I felt the need to send for quite a long time, love and joy to many of my electronic friends, that their internet photos were passing quickly before my eyes, like a film in the cinema. When later during the last part of this step, I was focusing in receiving the energy from the others, I felt a “river” of love, joy and happiness to fill me and to carry me away, feeling also that I was flying, thing that had not happened during any of my previous meditations. Thus I understood that they were my electronic friends that were sending back to me what I had sent to them before, (whether they were meditating the same time with me, or not), and I thank them for what they offered to me. Therefore, I recommend to the members of the ning communities to try it, and they might have the same wonderful results.

I finish this page by adding below some more mandalas that I created, which (as I describe in my page of mandalas II.1.D4), function as antennas that attract and transfer to us their beneficial for us energies, while a lot more mandalas you can see in my Group 4A of my site. Finally I would like to kindly ask those who have comments, corrections, additions, or interesting experiences from the above-mentioned meditation, to inform me in order to use these for improving the technique, and I thank them in advance for their time.

D) IMPORTANT NOTE. To the many questions I received about the meaning of “sending the codes (i.e. the form) of our DNA” to the Earth (during the 3rd minute of the meditation), I answer as follows: Experiments reveal that when we are happy and relaxed the spirals (helixes) of the DNA of our cells have the form of extended relaxed springs, while when we are unhappy and under stress, they take the form of compressed springs. In addition in a vacuum tube where the few remaining molecules are randomly scattered, when we put cells of an individual, then the molecules create a spiral structure similar to that of the DNA cells of the individual. Furthermore, if the feelings of the donor of the cells change, the same moment also the form of DNA of the cells in the tube changes, as well as the spiral form of the air molecules in the tube, regardless of whether the tube is near the donor or hundreds of kilometres away. We conclude from this that the way we feel influences our DNA and simultaneously influences (positively or negatively) also our environment. This influence is multiplied when a meditation is performed at the same time by many persons and is transmitted via the crystalline grid to the entire planet. Is also explained by the above the experiment that took place in 24 cities of USA (see details in my page II.1.D1), where the positive feelings of relatively few people, resulted in decreasing considerably the criminality, the accidents, etc, in these cities, during the duration of the experiment.

Another important conclusion that resulted from these experiments is that our DNA and consequently our environment, is not influenced so much by what we think and what we want, but mainly by how we feel. Therefore in the present meditation, as well as more generally in our life, in order to achieve something (e.g. a healing), or in order to acquire something that we want, etc, it does not help so much to ask for it, as the various religions suggest, because it gives the message to the universe that we do not have it. On the contrary helps a lot to feel that we have already succeeded, or that we have acquired what we want, and that we enjoy it already, (as e.g. also the Sylva method of “mind control” attempts to do), and we thank God - “The Prime Creator” who gave it to us (peace, love, joy, health, abundance, a good relation, etc). In addition we should not be anxious and have stress about whether or not what we expect to happen will actually happen. We should be calm as if what we expect is not for us but for another person. Noteworthy that the more we approach the fifth dimension and our vibrations and also the matter around us changes, the more effective becomes this way of action, which I propose. For this reason, the extraterrestrial support (see my page II.1.D), that entering the fifth dimension our “sentimental body” is the one that will receive the biggest importance. Also noteworthy is that the American Indians, when they dance the dance of rain, they do not call upon the various spirits in order to bring them the rain, but actually feel the rain falling on their bodies, and feel their naked feet dancing in the humid mud that a intense rain created, and (sounds like a miracle) exist testimonies that this unbelievable method in certain cases was successful.

E) ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS. 1) ON THE QUESTION “WHAT EXACTLY IS THE CRYSTALLINE GRID”, the answer is: The crystalline grid is an energy grid that surrounds the Earth (which is regarded as a gigantic crystal of the form of a normal hollow dodecahedron) and consists of 12 main nodal points of high energy, which bring together major energy lines, and of 144 secondary nodal points which bring together secondary energy lines (see diagram in the above image) as well as of tertiary nodal points. It is called crystalline, because the energy, for each focal point (primary or not), comes from crystals located inside the Earth which crystals in turn take additional energy from the large crystal at the core of the Earth which is the '' Central Sun'' of the Earth. This network exchange (gives and also receives) energies with all the “kingdoms” (living or inorganic) of the planet. The main points are (in order of importance) in Giza in Egypt, in Nepal in Lhasa, and in Hawaii (over the ancient capital of Lemouria). Also in the Americas in Mexico City, in Venezuela and Peru. In Europe, in mountain Olympus in Greece and in the East in the Persian Gulf, in Japan, in Australia and in the Pacific Ocean. Many of the ancient temples and monuments are built (as a rule) in the locations of the nodal points (even tertiary), where energy is concentrated, so if you check the distances between them (and I checked with Google Earth for Greece), you will see that they are generally on the three angles of isosceles triangles. These points are also time-space portals. For those who happens to live in these places the meditation will be much more effective, because of the high energy there. Note that a corresponding crystalline grid of focal points exists also on the inner Earth surface, i.e. the “Hollow Earth”, and on these points have been built the crystal cities of the Hollow Earth (see a summary about the Hollow Earth in my page II.1.D7).

The crystalline grids are key elements of the ''Sacred Geometry'' based in the seventh dimension (see my page II.1.D4), which surround not only all the celestial bodies, but also all the solar systems and all the galaxies and are connected to each other influencing one another, so that e.g. the Earth to be connected to the centre of our galaxy (the “Galactic Central Sun''). We are better connected and influence the grid when our brain waves go down to the level ''alpha'' (or below), which is done during the meditation, and the influence is multiplied when it is a group synchronized meditation. From 2008 and as we approach 2012 (as shown also the measurements made in England), the energy of the grid increases logarithmically and the energy lines are widening, thus having a greater influence to the thoughts and actions of those connected with the grid, but also (in some lower grade) and of all the others. Moreover it is important to “surrender”, to breathe deeply, and to forget our individuality, feeling unity (oneness) with all the others, such as a drop of water when falling into a container loses its individuality and merges with the water of the container.

Another feature of the crystalline grid is that through this we can send the codes of our DNA to create the best collective DNA of our planet, which is also considered as (of another scale) living being, thing that the extraterrestrials also do in their various rituals (see my page II.1.D). Note that our DNA contains the codes, not only of our physical characteristics but also the history of our past lives and dimensions, and of our experiences and wisdom gained through them. Finally, another feature of the crystalline grid is that it is associated with the creation of the universe. So when God (the First Creator) decided to create what we call physicality, (for the collection through it of various experiences), he sent light and love that were channelled through enormous crystalline grids, and the concentration of light created the material world, (the galaxies, the stars, the planets, etc), through the crystalline grids that surrounds each celestial body.

2) IN THE QUESTION “WHAT EXACTLY IS THE PHOTON BEAM”, the answer is: Photons come from the collision of electrons and positrons that their mass is converted into light energy, the photons. Since the creation of the galaxy a “photon belt” is visiting our solar system every 13,000 years (which is half of the 26,000 years it takes for the solar system for a full orbit in our galaxy). The next visit will be in 2012 and the extraterrestrials will take care that its intensity will not be dangerous for life on earth. On the contrary, during our contact with this multi-dimensional and of very high frequency beam, the veil that prevented us to remember our previous reincarnations as well as to become “fully conscious beings” will fall, and this will accelerate our transition to the fifth dimension, while the beam will revive us, we fill us with energy and will rejuvenate us, so that (under certain conditions) to live as long as we wish. Note finally that the interaction of nuclear energy with the photon beam creates large-scale explosions. Therefore the extraterrestrials will take care to disable before the contact all nuclear warheads and all nuclear power reactors, etc.

3) IN THE QUESTION “WHAT IS THE HOLLOW EARTH”, the answer is given in detail in my page II.1.D7.

MESSAGES FROM THE SIRIANS

I would like to give you also the “good news” that the extraterrestrials are already here, taking good care of us (with the help of their “Earth allies”) to cover the problems of the interim period and guide us to successfully enter the fifth dimension. Therefore I give below the 18 paragraphs from three messages that a charismatic person Dr. Sheldan Nidle (info@paoweb.com site www.paoweb.com ) has received on 30.Jun.09 the 1st on 14 Jul.09 the 2nd and on 28.Jul.09 the 3rd from the Sirians with which, besides channelling and astral travels Dr. Nidle often had also physical contact with them (see also my pages II.1.D, II.1.D1, II.1.D2, II.1.D4, II.1.D7, II.1.D8, II.1.D10, and II.1.D11 for similar messages).

1ST MESSAGE: We come to continue our discussion about the changes happening to Mother Earth and you. Our Earth allies have entered a very critical period and have asked us to say little about their current activities, beyond stating that much progress was made in the last week and that all longed-for events maintain an imminent status. In the meantime, Mother Earth is inching forward with a multitude of changes. The realm of Agartha is a 5-D reality. The purview of this reality has recently been extended to include the Earth's gravitational neutral zone that lies about 400 miles (640 kilometers) beneath the surface of the planet. In this manner, Mother Earth is moving her 5-D reality incrementally closer to your 3-D surface world. This accounts for many of the geological anomalies currently being observed by your scientists. The so-called magma fields are behaving in unusual ways and this is raising some alarms about a dangerous period of more prevalent seismic and volcanic activities. While this is somewhat true, the main cause is the fact that the geomagnetic fields themselves are being redistributed.

      The Earth is at present 'split' between a 3-D surface realm and a 5-D inner-terrestrial realm. These two worlds need to be reintegrated as soon as possible. To this end Heaven has decreed that the actions being taken to return you to full consciousness be further accelerated, and so a massive realignment of your physical bodies with your spiritual faculties is now underway. This period is to be temporary. Nevertheless, it is putting increased pressure on our Earth allies to achieve their prime goals as quickly as possible. We have also been given strict instructions on how to care for Mother Earth during this most vulnerable phase. We are using our Earth-monitoring bases in Inner Earth and a number of motherships and assorted scout craft to carry out these complex instructions. In addition, our exoplanetary scientists, who have looked after Mother Earth for nearly two decades, are making the required adjustments to their daily guardianship duties. These diverse operations are keeping Mother Earth stable.

      This coming period requires all those involved in the first contact mission to find ways to bring forward our current timelines. Our command team has asked the commanders of all contingents in the first contact mission to give us their creative input, which we intend to use to redraft the carrying out of the mass contact. Meanwhile, our science and diplomatic groups continue to monitor these situations and supply us with a stream of new data on various fronts. Recent meetings of our fluid management teams have resulted in a readjustment of our daily procedures and in setting up a series of new tables to reevaluate the entire first contact operation. First contact, as we often remind you, is a perpetually fluid work-in-progress. This is essential because it permits us to reinterpret and adapt the mission to keep up with volatile planetary requirements. In this context, we have moved additional motherships into a closer orbit with Earth, which have the capability to take more accurate readings of the results of our Earth guardianship activities.

      Everything we are engaged upon is designed to assist Heaven to accomplish this mission as swiftly as divinely possible. On many occasions we have redesigned the mission's setup and revised the main goals, and now we are called upon to do this once more. Remember that the changes to Mother Earth are also happening to the other planets in your solar system. Mars is shifting internally, as is Venus and the large gaseous planets such as Saturn, Jupiter, and Uranus. They are also mystified by the changes made by the Sun as she redraws her vast electromagnetic fields and reshapes the huge cocoon that forms the outer edges of your solar system.

      These preparatory steps are being carried out on a number of levels. Physicality is being restructured in order to allow you to move into a higher reality.
